Cover only exists once a policy has been issued and accepted by a licensed carrier under the wording of that policy. Any figure, comparison, or explanation shown on this site is illustrative and is superseded by the policy documents themselves.
Use of the forms on this site is limited to residents of the United States who are at least eighteen years of age and legally able to enter into a contract. Submitting a request confirms that both conditions are met.

Inaccurate or missing information can change a quoted figure, delay an enquiry, or affect whether a claim is paid later by a carrier. Keeping submitted details current is the responsibility of the person who supplied them.
The site is provided for personal, lawful use in connection with auto insurance enquiries. Certain uses are not permitted.
Consent to receive service messages and consent to receive marketing messages are optional and are recorded separately at signup. Neither is required to submit a request, and neither creates any obligation to purchase.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates set by the mobile carrier may apply. Replying STOP ends further messages to that number and replying HELP returns assistance information. Further detail on how contact details are handled appears in the Privacy Policy.

In those circumstances the person responsible agrees to indemnify ArchonWheels against reasonable claims, losses, and costs that arise directly from that conduct.
Any dispute arising out of these terms or out of use of this site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either side may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
Arbitration will be conducted by a recognised arbitration provider under its rules then in force, before a single arbitrator, and in the English language. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Claims must be brought individually. Class, collective, and representative proceedings are waived to the extent permitted by law. Before starting arbitration, the side raising the dispute agrees to describe it in writing and allow a reasonable period for it to be resolved informally.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and by applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and the unenforceable part is applied only so far as the law allows.
These terms may be revised as the service, the systems behind it, or the applicable law changes. The effective date shown at the top of this page always reflects the version currently in force.
